“Wondering what kinds of strange biting insects there were in Bolivia, I scratched the marks on my lower back.  Swollen and incredibly itchy, I regretted not wearing a longer top and forgetting the bug repellent.  Looking at my back in the reflection of a mirror, I was shocked to see that they strangely formed a shape of a daisy flower.”

“In Lost & Found, meticulously rendered, delicate drawings of objects are paired with short ambiguous narratives, which together reveal an interpretative self-portrait, allowing the viewer to imagine the relations of the materials and text. Reminiscing is hazy and at other times quite poignant. Memories can be sparked instantaneously, triggered by the slightest subtle details in life and just as easily they can be forgotten over time. Lost & Found acts as a collection of recollections, where memories like objects, can also be lost and found.”
